Every quote lists its inclusions in full before you pay. Typically that covers accommodation, private transport with an experienced driver, and the sightseeing named in your itinerary. Flights, visa fees, entry tickets, meals that are not listed, and personal expenses are normally extra - if anything is unclear, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

For most of South India and the Golden Triangle, October to March gives the most comfortable weather. Jammu and Kashmir is at its best from March to October, when the valley is green and the passes are open. Hill stations such as Ooty and Thekkady are pleasant most of the year, while the monsoon between June and September brings dramatic green landscapes and lower prices.

What we can refund depends on how far ahead you cancel and on the terms of the hotels and transport already reserved for you, so charges increase closer to departure.
